The best systems rarely come “out of the box”. They are born from someone who knows the problem from the inside and has a clear picture of what the solution should look like. Our job is to turn that picture into stable, secure and scalable software.
We work with entrepreneurs launching a new product, with companies that want to digitise an internal process and with organisations that have outgrown Excel spreadsheets and off-the-shelf programs. Whether the idea is sketched on a napkin or described in a 40-page specification, we know how to turn it into a working system.
Who this service is for
- Start-ups and entrepreneurs – you want to test an idea on the market quickly and on a reasonable budget with an MVP (minimum viable product).
- Small and medium-sized businesses – you have a process that is done by hand, on paper or in dozens of scattered files, and you want it to run by itself.
- Large organisations – you need an internal platform, a customer or partner portal, or integration between existing systems.
- Municipalities, schools, hospitals and NGOs – you need a solution that respects specific rules, reporting requirements and data protection obligations.
What we can build
Practically anything that can be described as logic and data. Clients most often come to us with ideas for:
- web platforms and portals with registration, profiles, subscriptions and payments;
- systems for managing orders, warehouses, production, schedules and resources;
- marketplace platforms that connect suppliers and customers;
- booking systems for appointments, tickets and events;
- mobile apps for Android and iOS connected to a web back office;
- internal tools for teams – requests, approvals, reports, dashboards;
- learning platforms (LMS), tests and certification;
- IoT solutions – collecting and visualising data from sensors, meters and machines;
- systems with artificial intelligence – assistants, document recognition, recommendations.
How we turn an idea into a product
The most expensive mistake in software is building the wrong thing. That is why we do not start with programming but with understanding. In the first meetings we ask a lot of questions: who will use the system, what problem it solves, how the work is done today, what will change and what success will look like a year from now.
We then prepare a specification in plain language – with user roles, scenarios, screens and rules. We add a clickable prototype so you can “touch” the system before a single line of code is written. Development starts only once you are sure this is the right thing.
Development runs in short iterations (sprints) of one to two weeks. At the end of each iteration you see real progress on a test server and can adjust the direction. There are no surprises at the end of the project.
MVP – a fast start with low risk
If the idea is new to the market, we recommend starting with an MVP – a version with the most important features that can be released to real users in weeks rather than months. Their feedback shows which features are truly needed and where further investment pays off. The architecture we design lets the MVP grow into a full product without rewriting it.
The source code is yours
On every custom project the rights to the source code, the database and the documentation are transferred to the client. We do not lock you in – you can develop the system with our team or another one. Most clients stay with us because they want to, not because they have to.
Security, speed and scalability from day one
Every system we build is designed with the future in mind: clearly separated modules, automated tests, protection against the most common attacks (OWASP Top 10), encryption of sensitive data, roles and access rights, an audit log and regular backups. We host the systems in our own data centres in Pazardzhik – the data stays in Bulgaria and the European Union and in line with the GDPR.
What you get at the end
- a working system on your domain and server;
- the source code in a repository (Git) with the full change history;
- technical documentation and a user guide;
- training for your team;
- a warranty period for fixing bugs;
- the option of a contract for support, 24/7 monitoring and further development.
What the service includes
Business analysis
We understand the process, the users and the goals before proposing a technical solution.
Specification
A clear description of features, roles and screens – the basis for a fixed price and deadline.
UX/UI design and prototype
A clickable prototype you test with real people before programming starts.
Iterative development
Sprints of 1–2 weeks with a demo of working results after each one.
Testing and QA
Automated and manual tests, load testing and vulnerability checks.
Hosting and DevOps
Servers in our own data centres, automated deployment, backups and monitoring.
Training
We train your team and hand over full documentation.
Support and growth
We stay with you after launch – fixes, new features, updates.
Rights to the code
The source code and documentation are yours – no vendor lock-in.

Frequently asked questions
How much does custom system development cost?
The price depends on the scope of features, the number of integrations and the security requirements. After the analysis you receive a fixed quote by stage. A small internal tool may cost as much as an annual licence for off-the-shelf software, while complex platforms are planned in stages so you can spread the investment over time.
How long does it take?
An MVP is usually ready in 6–12 weeks. Larger systems are developed in stages of a few months each, and the first working version is released as early as possible so that it starts delivering value.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Yes. We sign an NDA before you tell us the details of your idea. The idea and all materials remain your property.
I don’t have a specification. Is that a problem?
No. Most clients come with just an idea. Preparing the specification is part of our work and we do it together with you.
Can I later change the team that maintains the system?
Yes. The source code, the database and the documentation are yours. We use standard, widely adopted technologies so that any qualified team can continue the work.
Can the system connect to the software we already use?
Yes. We integrate accounting software, ERP/CRM, online stores, couriers, payment systems, banks, public registers and practically any system with an API or database access.
