Many employees already use AI tools – often through personal accounts, without rules and with a risk to company data. A proper implementation gives the team powerful tools and gives the company control.
Platforms
Microsoft 365 Copilot
An AI assistant in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint. We prepare the environment – access rights to SharePoint and OneDrive, sensitivity labels, policies – so that Copilot sees only what each employee is allowed to see. We also build custom agents in Copilot Studio.
ChatGPT for business
Setting up a company workspace, shared assistants (GPTs) with company knowledge, API integrations and usage rules.
Claude
Strong at analysing long documents, writing and programming. We implement company projects with shared knowledge, API integrations and connections to internal systems through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Google Gemini
For organisations working with Google Workspace – Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Meet, as well as integrations through Vertex AI.
Open-source models
When data must not leave your infrastructure, we deploy open-source models hosted in our data centres or on your own server.
Integration with your systems
We connect AI with what you already use: CRM, ERP, knowledge base, ticketing system, online store and internal databases. The assistant can then answer “what is the status of order 1234” or “which customers haven’t ordered for three months” instead of giving general advice.
Cost control
When used through an API, costs depend on volume. We choose the right model for each task (not every task needs the most expensive one) and use caching, limits and usage reports by department.
Usage rules
We prepare an internal AI usage policy: which tools are allowed, what data may be entered, how results are verified and who is responsible. This is also part of the EU AI Act’s AI literacy requirement, applicable from 2 February 2025.

Frequently asked questions
Which platform is best?
It depends on what you already use and what tasks you have. In companies on Microsoft 365, Copilot is often the logical choice; for document analysis and programming – Claude; in a Google environment – Gemini. We help with an independent choice.
Is our data used to train the models?
With the business plans of the leading providers – not by default, according to their contractual terms. We check and configure this during implementation.
