CRM (Customer Relationship Management) manages customer relationships – contacts, enquiries, quotes, deals, communication and service. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) manages the company’s resources – warehouse, production, procurement, finance and staff. Together they cover the whole journey from the first contact with a customer to delivery and payment.
What the business gains
- One version of the truth – all departments work with the same up-to-date data, without duplicates or discrepancies.
- More sales – no enquiry gets lost, every salesperson knows the next step and the manager sees the sales funnel.
- Less manual work – quotes, invoices, purchase orders and reminders are generated automatically.
- Stock control – real-time stock levels, automatic reordering at minimum levels, batch tracking.
- Data-driven decisions – profitability reports by customer, product, employee and channel.
Ready-made system or custom development?
There is no universal answer, so we start with an independent analysis.
| Ready-made CRM/ERP | Custom development | |
|---|---|---|
| Start | Faster | After analysis and development |
| Costs | Monthly licence per user | One-off development + support |
| Flexibility | Within the platform’s limits | Unlimited |
| Data ownership | With the vendor | Entirely yours |
| Best for | Standard processes | Specific processes and industries |
The best solution is often a combination: a ready-made system for the standard parts and custom modules for what is specific. We work both with popular open-source solutions (such as Odoo, Dolibarr, SuiteCRM and EspoCRM) and with fully custom developments.
Modules we implement
Sales and CRM
Contacts and companies, leads, deals by stage, quotes, contracts, tasks and meetings, communication history, email and phone integration, segmentation and campaigns.
Warehouse and logistics
Multiple warehouses, barcodes, batches and serial numbers, stocktaking, transfers, deliveries and courier integration.
Production
Bills of materials (BOM), work orders, capacity planning, scrap tracking and costing.
Purchasing and suppliers
Requests, purchase orders, price comparison, goods receipt and deadline control.
Finance
Invoicing, payments, overdue accounts, budgets, integration with Bulgarian accounting software and banks.
Staff

Service and support
Tickets, service orders, warranties, SLA deadlines, a knowledge base and a customer portal.
Implementation is more than installation
The most common reason CRM/ERP projects fail is not the software but people and processes. That is why our implementation includes describing the processes, configuring the system around them, migrating data, role-based training and active support in the first months. We measure success by whether the team actually uses the system and whether the key metrics improve.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a CRM/ERP implementation take?
A basic CRM implementation can take a few weeks. A full ERP with production and warehouse is usually implemented in stages over several months.
Will it work with our accounting software?
We integrate the most widely used accounting programs in Bulgaria through an API, file exchange or a direct database connection, depending on what the program allows.
Can it be used from a phone?
Yes. The interfaces are responsive and, if needed, we develop a mobile app for field sales or the warehouse.
What happens to the data if we end the contract?
The data is yours. With a custom development you also get the code. With a ready-made system we provide a full export in a standard format.
