“Module on request” is a service for specific, well-defined tasks. You describe what you need, we assess it and give you a fixed price and deadline, then develop, test and install it. No long contracts and no surprises.
How it differs from a custom module
Custom modules are usually larger developments with analysis and design. Modules on request are smaller, well-defined tasks with a short cycle – often from a few days to two weeks. They are ideal when you know exactly what you want and it has to happen fast.
Typical requests
- Import and export – uploading products, customers or prices from Excel/CSV/XML; automatic export to accounting or partners.
- Reports – a new report on sales, stock movements, employee performance or marketing channels.
- Automations – automatic emails and SMS, reminders, status changes, scheduled tasks (cron).
- Integration with an external service – courier, payment provider, SMS gateway, Viber, CRM, Google Sheets, an AI model.
- A new screen or form – request form, calculator, survey, event registration.
- An API for a mobile app or partner – secure access to your data for external systems.
- Documents – generating PDF quotes, protocols, receipts and labels.
- Changing behaviour – adjusting the logic of an existing feature without affecting the rest.
How the service works
- You send a description of the task – even a few sentences with a sample file or a screenshot.
- Within two business days you receive an estimate with price, deadline and a description of the result.
- After approval we develop the module in a test environment.
- You check and approve it, and we install it on the live system.
- You get a warranty and, if needed, we include the module in the support contract.
Development hour packages
If you have a steady flow of small tasks, we offer a monthly package of development hours. Tasks are completed faster, with priority and at a better rate, and unused hours can be carried over to the next month under agreed rules.
We also work with systems we didn’t build
Clients often come to us with a system developed by another team that is no longer available. Before taking on a task, we do a short technical review of the code to assess the risks, and we tell you honestly what state the system is in.

Frequently asked questions
What is the smallest task you accept?
We also accept very small tasks – from adjusting a report to adding a field to a form. For many small tasks we recommend an hour package.
Can you work on a site hosted with another provider?
Yes. We need access to the code and to a test environment. If there is no test environment, we will create one.
What does the warranty cover?
Fixing bugs in the developed module that appear during normal use within the warranty period stated in the quote.
