Software development

Specialised software – energy, manufacturing and industry

Some businesses have no ready-made software on the market. Specialised software collects data from machines and sensors, analyses it and helps make decisions in real time.

Industrial and energy sites generate huge amounts of data – from electricity meters, inverters, sensors, controllers and machines. Specialised software turns it into a clear picture: what is happening, where the losses are and what will happen tomorrow.

Energy

  • Photovoltaic plant monitoring – real-time production, comparison with the forecast, alarms when a string or inverter drops out.
  • Energy management – consumption by site, machine and shift; loss detection; energy efficiency reports.
  • Forecasts – production and consumption forecasts based on weather data and history, useful for trading on the free market.
  • Charging stations and storage – charging management, battery systems and power balancing.
  • Reports for balancing groups and suppliers – automatic data collection and submission.

Manufacturing

  • collecting machine data (OEE – overall equipment effectiveness);
  • traceability of production by batch;
  • quality control with photos and measurements;
  • preventive maintenance planning based on operating hours and signals;
  • shop-floor dashboards on large screens.

Laboratories, agriculture and logistics

Systems for managing samples and protocols, monitoring temperature and humidity in warehouses and cold rooms, GPS fleet tracking, and controlling irrigation systems and greenhouses.

How we connect to the equipment

We work with standard industrial protocols and interfaces: Modbus TCP/RTU, MQTT, OPC UA, M-Bus, manufacturers’ REST APIs, as well as file exports from SCADA systems. When needed, we supply and install gateways, controllers and network equipment, and the data is transferred over secure channels (VPN) to a server on your site or in our data centres.

Reliability above all

Industrial software has to work when the internet goes down, when the power fails and when someone presses the wrong button. That is why we design the systems with local data buffering, redundant servers, SMS and email alarms, and strict access rights to control functions.

What the service includes

Energy systems

Photovoltaics, electricity meters, charging stations, batteries.

Real-time data

Dashboards, charts and alarms for every parameter.

Industrial protocols

Modbus, MQTT, OPC UA, M-Bus and manufacturer APIs.

Analytics and forecasts

Loss detection and forecasts for production and consumption.

Secure connections

VPN, network segmentation, access rights.

On-site or cloud

A server on your site or in our data centres.

How the work is done

  1. 1

    Site survey

    Equipment, protocols, network and data sources.

  2. 2

    Pilot

    We connect part of the equipment and show the first dashboards.

  3. 3

    Full rollout

    All sources, alarms, reports and permissions.

  4. 4

    24/7 monitoring

    We watch the system and react when there is a problem.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with equipment from all manufacturers?

We work with any equipment that supports a standard protocol or has a documented API. We check compatibility during the site survey.

Can the data stay only on our site?

Yes. The system can run entirely on-site, with no connection to an external cloud.
